Shopping Made Simple
Shopping at Mypursify is designed to be simple from start to finish.
Follow these steps to place your order.
1. Choose Your Product
Browse Mypursify and select the item you want to purchase.
Take a moment to review:
- Product photos
- Description
- Available colors
- Available sizes
- Product measurements
- Material information
- Shipping information
2. Select Your Size & Color
Choose the size and color you want before adding the item to your cart.
Not sure about sizing?
Check our Size Chart and, most importantly, the measurements provided on the individual product page.
3. Add the Item to Your Cart
Once you've selected your preferred options, click Add to Cart.
You can continue shopping if you'd like to add additional products.
4. Review Your Cart
When you're ready, open your shopping cart and review your order.
Check that:
- Your products are correct
- Your sizes are correct
- Your colors are correct
- Your quantities are correct
This is also a good time to check your estimated order total.
5. Proceed to Checkout
Click Checkout and enter your shipping information carefully.
Make sure your:

Full name

Shipping address

Apartment/unit number, if applicable

City
-
State/province
-
ZIP/postal code
-
Country
-
Phone/contact details, if requested
are accurate.
An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delivery problems or delays.
6. Choose Your Payment Method
Mypursify currently accepts:

Credit and debit card payments through Stripe

PayPal
Follow the checkout instructions to securely complete your payment.
7. Place Your Order
Before submitting your order, review everything one final time.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your order will be submitted for processing.
You should receive an order confirmation with your order details.
8. We Process Your Order
Our standard processing time is:
1–3 working days
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During this stage, your order is prepared for shipment and may be processed through the appropriate fulfillment location.
9. Your Order Ships
Estimated shipping times are:
United States: 2–5 working days
Canada & nearby areas: 2–7 working days
United Kingdom & rest of world: 3–7 working days
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.
10. Receive Your Order

Once your package arrives, we recommend checking your items promptly.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Want to Cancel Your Order?
Orders can generally be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already entered processing or been shipped.
After that point, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Need to Return Something?
Mypursify accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending anything back.
Because orders may ship from different warehouses, the correct return address can vary.
Do not send a return to our California business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.
